Dynamic Hip Flexor

Improve your performance & hip mobility with the Dynamic Hip Flexor Stretch. 


  1. From a half-kneeling position on a mat, tuck your pelvis underneath you and gently squeeze your glutes together.

  2. While maintaining upright posture, lean forward at the hips so that you feel a stretch of your hip on your back leg. Only go as far as you feel comfortable.

  3. Slowly come back to the start position and then repeat.

Level: All Levels

Equipment: No Equipment, Body Weight

Muscles Used: Hip Flexors, Quads

Caution: Knees
