My 30-day beginner home workout challenge is designed to jumpstart your fitness journey by helping you create a sustainable exercise habit 5 days a week, using only your body weight, towels, and a chair (dumbbells or household items can be added). Prioritize strength workouts, and don't be discouraged if you miss workouts. The goal is to move more than yesterday. Feel free to adjust rest days to fit your schedule.
