30-Day Intermediate Home Workout Challenge

The 30-Day Intermediate Home Workout Challenge includes five days of intermediate, 30-minute home workouts per week. For the first two weeks, three days will focus on full-body strength exercises and two days will be dedicated to cardio-core HIIT workouts. In the final two weeks, the workout routine will switch to two lower-body/core strength days, two upper-body/cardio strength days, and one cardio-core HIIT day.
