45-Minute Full-Body Home Dumbbell Workout

Today’s workout is a full-body 45-minute workout in which you’ll be hitting your muscles HARD and taking very few breaks. 

Complete one set of each exercise inside the circuit before moving on to the next. 

 

Once you reach the end, go back to the top of the circuit.  Repeat as many times as indicated before moving on.

Try to go straight from one exercise to the next without rest. If you need to take a few seconds inbetween sets, just rest minimally when neede.

At the end of the circuit take a full 60 seconds of rest.
