You may think I'm boring but I enjoy some routine in my day to day life and I have a protein shake for breakfast every morning. I love how quick it is as I am not a morning person and usually give myself as little time as possible to get out the door by 6:30am. I have tried lots of protein powders out there and although there are many great proteins out on the market that taste good, most of them have an endless amount of extra ingredients attached to them (words you cannot pronounce) and I don't like to put things in my body that I can't pronounce. So my personal protein of choice is Vega Health Food Optimizer and Vega Shake and Go. You can replace the protein powder with the protein of your choice as you wish in any of the recipes - just remember that it will change the nutritional information.
