Micaela Whitworth is a Canadian Model, Personal Trainer, Published Author, Former Beauty Queen and is the former Fitness Expert for Global TV Montreal.
The former Miss Universe Canada contestant had been involved in the modeling/film industry for some time, but after losing sight of her own health and fitness and then managing a Curves for Women she discovered what her real passion was – Fitness. In 2006, after losing 25 pounds, changing her lifestyle around 360, running many outdoor fitness boot camps, learn to run clinics, and nutritional classes, she began her own Personal Training and Boot Camp company. Her new drive was to motivate others to a lifetime of health and fitness.
With Micaela's versatile skill-set, using functional training, sports training, rehab training, yoga, and even martial arts, she has helped train a wide variety of clientele across Canada over the last 11 years from all walks of life. From training some of Canada’s top Corporate Professionals, to University students, TV/Media Personalities, Doctors, Seniors, Brides to be, and Moms to be too!
Micaela is passionate and enthusiastic about helping people make permanent lifestyle changes, loves to cook and still likes to enjoy a glass of wine (or two!).
Her personal health and fitness goals have always been geared towards finding the perfect balance between Good and Bad lifestyle choices -The Good being: Exercise and Clean Eating - The Bad being: French Fries and a Good Craft Beer. She strives for realism and still wants to have fun without restrictions or limitations that some can put on themselves.
